IT SUPPORT EXECUTIVES

Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in IT support roles
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software issues and ERP Support
• Background in similar business IT support/Retail field is an advantage
• Hands-on in MS Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 support is a must
• Excellent communication abilities, problem-solving mindset,and a customer-focused attitude
• Capable of thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
• Willing to work in Flexible shifts
• Candidates with valid UAE driving license will be given preference
