HVAC Engineer
Requirements:
• Proven experience in facilities operation, preferably in high-raised buildings,
office towers, housing communities, and retail establishments.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including basic design principles
and proficiency in managing chillers, AHU’s, FCU’s, FAHU’s, ducting, and chilled
water networks.
• Familiarity with mechanical systems,
firefighting equipment, plumbing networks, and pumps.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software is highly desirable.
