FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Golden Tulip Media Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to lead our finance team.
The ideal candidate will oversee all financial operations of our 288-room hotel with 2 restaurants,
ensuring compliance and providing strategic financial guidance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare and report financial statements.
• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Implement and maintain internal controls.
• Provide strategic financial insights.
• Lead and develop the finance team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry in reputed international 4- and 5-star hotels.
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software.
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
