CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
> Civil Engineer or equivalent qualifications in QS, with minimum of 4 years UAE experience as
Cost Estimator for interior fit-out projects (Especially Offices, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare,)
> Deep knowledge regarding cost of fit-out works and materials in the UAE market
> Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying
> Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, PlanSwift applications
> Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
