► 2-3 years’ experience in similar field and designation across various high-end F&B outlets in the UAE
► Experience with Central Asian cuisine (mostly Uzbek) is highly mandatory (For Chef De Partie applicants)
► Fluency of the Russian language is a huge plus
► An extraordinary passion for all things culinary
