Collection Executive

• Manage AR accounts for brokers, agents, and direct customers.
• Manage premium collections, allocations, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and monitor Aging Reports, follow up on overdue premiums.
• Escalate overdue balances and suggesting alternate collection procedures.
• Process broker and agent commission payments.
• Handle queries and escalations related to AR balances.
• Ensure timely receipt processing and manage unallocated receipts.
• Analyze and recommend/propose provisions for overdue accounts.

• 3-5 years in insurance/finance sector.
• Degree in accounting/finance.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience with Oracle and IRIS.
• Arabic speaking is a plus.
