Business Development Manager

Freight Forwarding
4-6 years in
Freight Forwarding Sales (Air and Sea)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Generate freight forwarding business
• Increase revenue and retention Handle Sea Freight
• Manage Freight Forwarding Team
• Handle Break Bulk/ODC shipments (Preferred)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 4-6 years of experience
• Acquire market share for sea freight enquiries
• Proactive customer handling
• Manage rate negotiation, renewals, and follow-ups
• Ensure timely payment collection
• Knowledge of logistics operations
• Existing customer base
• Valid Driving License
