Acquisition & Development Manager

► Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
► Strong written and verbal communication in English; Arabic would be an advantage.

Highly motivated, proactive, willing to travel, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

3.Responsibilities
► Strategic Prospecting: Identify and evaluate potential hotel projects for management contracts within Africa,
the Middle East, and Asia, aligning with HMH’s growth objectives.
► Market Assessment: Conduct comprehensive market assessments to evaluate the viability and potential of
new hotel and hotel apartment projects.
► Pipeline Development: Develop and execute a robust pipeline of projects aimed at driving continuous improvement,
innovation, and cost-effective solutions for HMH.
► Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including investors,
consultants, tourism authorities, financiers, and business leaders,
to expand HMH’s presence and influence in target regions.

Educational Qualification: Educational Background: Graduate with a degree in Business Administration,
Hospitality Management, Asset Management, Finance, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 6-10 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality sector, consultancy, or banking.
