Reservation & Sales Agent

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Reservation & Sales Executive with experience in the DMC leisure segment.
Fluent in Spanish and English, proficiency in Portuguese is a plus. As a key member of our team,
you will be responsible for managing FIT/group requests and bookings,
ensuring all arrangements meet our high company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
– Handle reservations efficiently in accordance with client requirements and company procedures.
– Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination of travel arrangements.
– Maintain a proactive approach in managing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
– Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize revenue opportunities and exceed sales targets.
– Uphold a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
– Create, manage and execute programs and itineraries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Proven experience in the UAE Destination Management Company/ hospitality leisure segment, specifically in a reservation department.
– Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in Portuguese is highly desirable.
– Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Proactive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
