SECURITY SUPERVISOR

Candidates must have
• Supervise security personnel and ensure adherence to procedures
• Maintain discipline and morale among security staff
• Respond to security incidents and provide guidance as needed
• Coordinate with management and enforce site-specific protocols
• Mentor and train security team members
• Prepare reports and manage employee welfare
Candidate Requirements
• Mandatory SIRA certification for Security Supervisor
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management as a Security Supervisor
Only candidates meeting the requirements are requested to attend the career open day.
