BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
We are seeking a highly professional Business Development Executive to join our Oman Team.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Proven track record of success in sales or a related role within the industry.
– Strong understanding of the Inbound tourism, including the way tour operators, distribution channels,
and industry dynamics works.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish
trust with clients in the travel sector.
– Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze market data, and develop innovative sales strategies.
– Effective negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering win-win solutions for both the company and clients.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
– Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, industry events, & familiarization trips.
– Sales skills and openness to travel for sales calls, road shows, exhibitions, etc.
– Make proposals, book, and handle FIT/GROUPS/MICE into Oman from Russia.
